Amanda Holt of Kuhnsville, who won a court challenge to the 2011 state legislative maps, and the DTL team discussed her work and the importance of equitable legislative redistricting. Their point: Average citizens can make a difference. The DTL team announced the launch of the project's first statewide mapping competition and  interactive exercises designed to get citizens ready to map.  The event was sponsored by the Concerned East Penn Taxpayers Association.  For more on Holt, watch this video.
