Draw the Lines PA led an interactive and informational discussion of gerrymandering at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. We covered the history of gerrymandering, the state of gerrymandering in Pennsylvania, explained the mission of Draw the Lines, and offered connections to reform efforts. The audience was engaged by the affects of gerrymandering, and excited to start their own maps! We had a couple of participants able to put together our Districts of Pennsylvania puzzle as well!
