Over the last nine months, the PA Redistricting Reform Commission, chaired by DTL's leader David Thornburgh, has traveled the commonwealth hearing testimony from Pennsylvanians about how they think the state should draw its voting districts.
Yesterday, the commission released its report, with a set of recommendations for how to make the map-drawing process more transparent, and how to produce maps that can be trusted by Pennyslvania's voters as fair.
