The Rotunda at the Pennsylvania Capitol in Harrisburg was jammed Feb. 6th as citizen mappers from around the state waited to find out who would be the statewide champion.
Committee of Seventy CEO David Thornburgh hosted the Feb. 6 event , which ran right on time. Neither musical numbers nor long acceptance speeches were permitted.
