Contract between you and us
By using Draw The Lines PA, you are entering into a contract with Committee of Seventy, a non-profit organization in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, headquartered at 123 S. Broad Street. Under that contract, you must abide by the terms outlined in this document.
If you cannot abide by these terms, you must not use any websites or services offered by Draw the Lines or Committee of Seventy.
We may amend these terms at any time, without notice.
Responsible Behavior
You agree to behave like a decent human being.
You will not submit or upload any content that is obscene, hate-filled, pornographic, racist, sexist, homophobic or bigoted. Further, you will not post content that encourages or advocates unlawful behavior of any kind, including but not limited to violent acts, online attacks or conspiracy for the purpose of conducting unlawful acts.
You will not promote or engage in online attacks against services offered by Draw the Lines PA or Committee Committee of Seventy or its users, including but not limited to doxing, denial of service attacks, insertions of harmful code or viruses into our software. Nor will you take any actions that could disrupt the normal operation of Draw the Lines PA or Seventy.org.
Copyright and Fair Use
The contents of Draw the Lines PA and Committee of Seventy are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, transmit, display, prepare derivative works of, publicly perform, sell, transfer, assign, license or use for commercial purposes any copyrighted material on the Draw the Lines PA or the Committee of Seventy Services without the prior written consent, except as provided in these Terms of Use. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use are reserved to Draw the Lines PA and Committee of Seventy.
You may copy or download original content for personal use only. You must not substantially alter said content.
Commercial use is prohibited, and you must not use the content in any way that suggests Draw the Lines PA or Committee of Seventy specifically endorses you or your causes, products, sites or ideas. In particular, no content may be used to advance a particular political party, candidate or agenda.

Content That You Submit
You retain sole ownership of all content and intellectual property you create or post on Draw the Lines PA sites, using our tools. However, when you upload, create, store or otherwise publish or share content using our website or tools you grant Committee of Seventy and Draw the Lines PA a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content.
The materials posted by users do not necessarily reflect the views of the Committee of Seventy or Draw the Lines.
Draw the Lines PA and Committee of Seventy promises and guarantees not to use content you produce for the benefit of any political candidate, campaign or political party and further guarantees not to knowingly grant a license for use to any organization that intends to use it for partisan political purposes or the benefit of specific candidates or potential candidates for any office.
By posting materials, you represent that you have all necessary rights to such materials, and that such materials will not infringe on any personal or proprietary rights of any third parties, nor will such materials be harmful, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
The Committee of Seventy and Draw the Lines PA reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to review, edit, or delete any material posted by users that for any reason they determines may be harmful, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, obscene, harassing, potentially in violation of any party’s rights, or otherwise objectionable.

Links to sites not controlled by Draw the Lines PA or Committee of Seventy are provided for your convenience. Such linking does not indicate or imply endorsement of the content or opinions of the external site. Draw the Lines PA and Committee of Seventy are not responsible for the contents of any site linked to from within Draw the Lines PA or Seventy.org. You further agree that Draw the Lines PA and Committee Seventy are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of visiting or using any site to which Draw the Lines PA or Committee of Seventy provide a link.
Podcasts
Draw the Lines PA and Committee of Seventy produce audio podcasts that are distributed via RSS feeds and podcasting services. These may be downloaded and played on users’ devices. You may download or transfer these podcasts to your own devices only for personal, non-commercial use. You may link directly to these podcasts for non-commercial use as long as you provide appropriate attribution of the content. You agree to never use podcast audio to advance political parties, campaigns or agendas. If you wish to use podcasts for any other purpose not enumerated, email info@drawthelinespa.org .
Linking to US
We encourage and permit other sites to link to Draw the Lines PA and Committee of Seventy. However, said linking should not be interpreted as endorsement of any other site by Draw the Lines PA or Committee of Seventy. We reserve the right to withdraw our permission to link at any time.
Services We Use
Like most web sites, Draw the Lines PA and Committee of Seventy displays and uses tools or content provided by third-party organizations not affiliated with us. These might include tools for submission of user comments or participation. You agree to abide by all Terms of Service and Privacy policies published by these third-party provides. Draw the Lines PA and the Committee of Seventy have no control over, nor do they endorse, the policies of third-party providers.
