Judges' statement
We thought Collin did an impressive job of keeping his equal population score low with this starter map, enough that he earned recognition despite a minimalist personal statement. He participated in DTL through the first-ever inter-generational mapathon, one connecting Lebanon Valley College students and local Fair Districts PA members.
